Kite Cloud — Terms

Clear terms, for the beta.

These terms cover the Kite Cloud private beta. By requesting access or using the service, you agree to them. Paid plans will have their own terms before general availability.

The beta

Kite Cloud is under active development. Features may change, break, or be removed. The beta is provided as-is, without a service-level agreement or uptime guarantee.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you deploy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kite Cloud to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, attack other systems, or attempt to access another team's data. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

Your content

You keep ownership of your code, data, and other content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, build, and serve it. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you deploy.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the beta, including for maintenance and security. Where practical, we will give notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kite Cloud is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. The beta is currently free, so that amount may be zero.

Ending use

You can stop using Kite Cloud at any time. We can suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms. You can ask us to delete your content when you leave.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
